Tasting profile-Mocha coffee, apple tarte tatin, caramel and rolling tobacco with vanilla, dark chocolate and light cinnamon. Rich and slightly sweet, buttered fruit cake containing plump raisons, gingernut biscuit with lightly cinnamon spiced dry oak and salty caramel.
